Now, select a color and/or size and click on ‘Add to Cart’.
Of course, you can keep shopping; you can always return to your cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right of the page.
Note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
Done shopping? It's time to complete your order! Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right to review your Hawi Noohra items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then, click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can conveniently fill in all your details on one page.
Important: Once your order has been completed, it maybe cannot be changed, as it is processed immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Contact us as soon ass possible after to make sure it is not already shipped.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Hawi Noohra covers the shipping costs inside Europe. You pay no shipping fees in Europe!* Outside of Europe the shipping fees can vary, you see this at the checkoutpage.
* Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, all items are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Hawi Noohra aims for fast delivery. If you place your order before 3:00 PM on business days, we strive to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly , resulting in an average delivery time of 2–3 business days in Europe. Outside of Europe it will be longer think about an estimated of 7 days.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there’s only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you realize there’s a mistake, please contact us immediately.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to us. An investigation with the delivery company will be initiated 14 days after the stated delivery date, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
